Basic troubleshooting
Force-close the app and reopen it. On iPhone: swipe up from the bottom (or double-click Home on older devices), swipe the app away, then open it again.
Confirm you are on a supported iOS version for the app you installed from the App Store.
If a calculation looks unexpected, double-check the values you entered and compare against your production notes. Calculator outputs are informational aids—verify critical production settings before use.
If advertising appears and you need privacy controls, review the prompts shown by the app and your iPhone Settings privacy options. See the Privacy Policy for details.
App and version information
When you contact support, please include:
- Which ASTRA Tools app you need help with
- The app version (from the App Store listing, iPhone Storage, or in-app About)
- iPhone model and iOS version
- A short description of what happened and the steps to reproduce it
